The bad is that within a couple of hours after eating I started having stomach cramps and within six hours was running high fever with vomiting and diarrhea. I also ended up being dehydrated and unable to function for a couple of weeks. Now I am back and ready to blog. I determined the problem was the red salsa as I was the only one of four that ate any. Salsa is sometimes the problem here in Mexico when the temperature heat up as salsa is left out all day and served from one table to another. In spite of all this I will again return to Taqueria Los Potrillos.
